Q: So many days and the API is not working... What is going on Ilona?!
I continually get { "statusCode": 403, "message": "Concurrency limit reached", "error": "Forbidden" } even with 10 requests concurrently. I was supposed to have 100 concurrent requests. Will you ever fix that?

There can't even be two parallel interrogations. When we first bought it, it was said that up to 20 parallel queries were allowed. There is no response to any e-mail. what are you trying to do? Why is APPSUMO trying to avoid every problem? SpaceSerp is not responding to emails? How else can we explain this to you?
