Money Wasted: A Faulty Tool with Nonexistent Support
I am extremely disappointed with this tool. It has not been working properly for quite some time now. It all started with the chat, where no one responds to messages. That was my first concern. Then, the 'people to ask' search stopped working, making the tool much less useful. After that, the API became unreliable, only working when it feels like it.
It's really unfortunate because I had invested a lot in this service to develop a mini SaaS for backlinking for my websites. In the end, I feel like I’ve thrown my money down the drain. To make matters worse, the support team doesn’t even reply to emails, even when I cc AppSumo. Very disappointing
