My pages are ranking very high in Google. The url is very important ofcourse. It has a lot of authority. And if I change my url, my authority drops doen, isn't it?

One of my urls is /stilte-retraite

Do I still keep this slug/url? Does Google still read this url? How does it effect my ranking position?
