Spokk is designed primarily for collecting Google reviews and works seamlessly for that. You can easily set your feedback link to direct customers to your Google “Write a Review” page, where they can paste the AI-generated review and submit it.

You can test this out by submitting feedback via our demo link (https://www.spokk.io/p/95b98ff8-9d54-402b-be55-9e0b0ecedcfa) and then clicking on the "POST REVIEW ON GOOGLE" button on the thank you page.

We’re also working on reputation management features, which will allow businesses to import and reply to reviews directly from the Spokk dashboard. To make this happen, we need access to the Google My Business API, which requires an approval process and may take some time.
