3.) Do you have Deal-flow Management for real estate?
4.) Can the Deal-flow Management template be used for raising private lending funding?
5.) Which Tier(s) do we need to purchase to send out emails and text messages using your software? Is this feature done using API
6.)Can I use actions and triggers to automate tasks using API in all tiers?
7.) Can webhooks be used with your software? If not, when will this feature be available for use?
8.) Are actions and automations included in our Appsumo purchase? If so, are there any limitations on these features?

1. Yes, we can. Using the 'Send Email' action in Automations.
2. Yes, you can setup formulas like that.
3. We have a Real Estate CRM and Real Estate Transaction Tracker Template. All real estate templates are here: https://stackby.com/templates/category/real-estate/. But any template can be easily customized.
4. Yes, you can use the deal flow template that way as well. You can use it however you like.
5. You need to get Powerups and Automations enabled on your workspace.
6. Yes, you need to get Automations add-ons to be able to use triggers and actions. On any tier.
7. Yes, launching this week.
8. From Tier 7 to Tier 10 - you get 750 to 1000 automation runs/mo. If you need more, you can get through automation add-ons by reaching out to us on support chat.
