Q: Deleting credits on upgrade :(
I'd like to upgrade from Tier 6 to Tier 7. But when I upgraded from Tier 5 to 6 you erased all of my roll-over credits and the idea of losing the roll-over credits again in order to upgrade is just not sitting right.
Will you please rethink this very anti-customer policy of destroying existing roll-over credits if someone upgrades. Yes, Subscribr is a great value and a great piece of software. Yes, lifetime is a phenomenal deal. But you are offering roll-over, so it would be awesome if you actually honored that for people who bought in on day 1. (Lol and again on day 35.)
Thanks for considering it.

Apr 24, 2025A: Thank you so much for being a valued customer.
However, I strongly disagree with your categorization of an "anti-customer policy".
Your upgrade from Tier 5 to Tier 6 was prorated, so you didn't actually pay the full amount for tier 6 and then pay the full amount again for tier 6. You only paid the difference.
When you upgraded, you received the full number of credits for Tier 6. You don't also get to keep the credits from tier 5.
Over the past months I have worked very hard to both listen to customer feedback and find very creative ways to lower my costs without reducing quality. As a result, I have made several very significant improvements to the offering such as extending credit expiration to 60 days and completely removing the credit costs of script research.
I am very pro-customer and do everything I can to help my customers grow their YouTube channels. I continually improve the software and am very engaged through customer support channels. Because of this I have received many positive reviews. However, f you feel that you aren't getting appropriate value from Subscribr, please do feel free to request a refund through AppSumo.
