Performance is one of our major focuses - we spend dozens of hours each week optimizing queries and making progress on strategies that keep the platform and the data moving at the fastest possible speeds.

Many parts of the platform work without reloads (LMS, Support Tickets, etc.), but currently they are a fact of life when moving between some views. Reloads do happen, but keep in mind that a reload scenario, the data is ready and presented immediately after the reload.

No reload scenarios are great yes, but remember that even in those scenarios, you will still wait for data to load as you move around the platform, which is why you see "skeleton loaders" pulsing for a few seconds while the data is processed/retrieved from the server, so in the end, the wait times for the whole "usable" experience can be very similar to a reload scenario where the data is immediately available.

Of course, you are the judge on this, but I would encourage you to see the potential of what SuiteDash is, and trust that we will always be working on your behalf to optimize and improve performance . We have made major strides in this area over the past years and we now hear almost no negative feedback from customers related to performance.
