The same thing with my purchase. Over 2 weeks clients' panel, VSLs etc. not working, ZERO support, ZERO contact, nobody is answering anything. On the accouns site there is only a chat widget but there are no consultants so looks like something more serious happened. Highly recommend avoiding thi deal
