For starters, I like that the app is a one-time payment, which in itself is great. I took a leap of faith and have not regretted it, I have used the app to develop a story as part of my work as a graphic designer and it has worked out pretty well for me. There is an adaptation phase which is complemented very well by the written tutorials as well as those on YouTube. I have only used a couple of the many models and options available, also the function to scale the images (I have used them up to 5,000 pixels wide) and I am very satisfied with the results. I have used it intensively the last few days and have only had a couple of long delays and bugs. The promise, and prior evidence, of constant improvements only makes it more attractive. The customer service for doubts is not always immediate but it's pretty fast.
I don't understand the bad reviews, I guess they are from people who do not have enough patience to learn and adapt to the system environment (nothing complicated if you read or watch the videos). I highly recommend it. And even when I think there are some things to improve –and I'm confident those will be done in the future– I give i 5 tacos because the value for money ratio is excellent.
