If you want to use the chatbot you need either an OpenAI paid account or you have to buy credits from us and use our account. You can also use Dialogflow to create a chatbot for free, but check our docs and online for more details about Dialogflow because the chatbot creation is manual and not like OpenAI.

Yes, you need a WhatsApp business account to use the WhatsApp integration.
