Q: I have multiple wordpress sites and want to use Support Board.

I asked the ai bot and was told we could use Support Board on all our sites. Is there a way to do this and create multiple knowledge base responses etc? Thanks!

By default you must purchase a new license for each domain, but, if you have 2+ websites owned by you and part of the same brand/company, you can use 1 single installation and a single license and show the chat on multiple websites. If instead, the domains are of other clients and/or are related to other brands/companies you need to purchase a new license for each website/domain.
To show multiple knowledge base responses etc you must create new accounts and buy a dedicated AppSumo codes for each plan. There is no centralized admin but you will have to login and logout from each admin. You will be able to setup a one-click menu to swittch acounts with one-click but they will be separated from each other.
