A: You must insert the chat embed code on all pages of your website. Usually header or footer

I would like to set up the Chat, so it pops up with "How can I help you?" and then with 5 buttons of options, that they then click and get transferred to another page or get the link for the appropriate page? Is that possible? It doesn't seem overly intuitive.
