The tool is Support Board but the dev's support is slow

Had to refund it. Seems like the team is very limited support. And I have a feeling I have to hire them to get better support.
The tool is not a bad tool after all. Just the learning curve is steep and the support is little and slow.

Great chat center!

I like to think of it as a chat center because it brings together so many apps in one spot! I've noticed that some features, like sound notifications and pop-ups, aren't working quite right. But honestly, that's a small issue compared to the amount of time invested into each flow; I undersand how much attention required to get this all to work and it is simply insane. Great job everyone who was involved!

200,000 messages per month will not be enough even for small use case

I recently purchased the tier 4 plan and I was left extremely disappointed, I found that all my credits were depleted within just a few days of testing.
The features promised did not provide the value I expected, and despite having access to 200,000 messages per month I ended up feeling frustrated with the rapid consumption of credits and the lack of adequate support. I am seeking a full refund not worth it for me.

You did not finish your 200,000 messages per month. You finished the small free credit we gave you to use OpenAI. OpenAI is not free. It seems you were expecting us to pay for your OpenAI usage for life, of course, this is not the case.

Credits are related to OpenAI and the Chatbot, they are optional (you can also use your own OpenAI key) and are not related in any way to the "messages per month"...

Extremely satisfied

We bought a few Supporboards, and all of them work perfectly. The teaching process is simple, and the setup is very easy.
I only hope that Lifetime will be a lifetime because I built my whole business on Supportboard.
