First of all, you need to know a lot about PHP, but also, the developer has a pretty bad technical support and customer service. No one answers the chat, or the support tickets, much less the emails, and the truth is that in these times it is vital to be able to have assistance at any time during the process.

So no, it could definitely be a great product, but the feeling of not responding to customers simply ruins any possible experience that they could provide.
