Product with a future but no present
This platform caught my attention because its description said it was possible to implement it on any website in just a few steps. It really seemed easy, but the reality is that it wasn't. First of all, you need to know a lot about PHP, but also, the developer has a pretty bad technical support and customer service. No one answers the chat, or the support tickets, much less the emails, and the truth is that in these times it is vital to be able to have assistance at any time during the process.
So no, it could definitely be a great product, but the feeling of not responding to customers simply ruins any possible experience that they could provide.
I am requesting a refund due to lack of guarantees and technical support from the developer.
