Worst Customer Service I’ve Ever Experienced
I originally gave 2 stars because the software technically works, even though it’s incredibly frustrating to use. Then, after dealing with the rude, dismissive, and outright hostile owner, I dropped it to 1 star.
Now? They’ve suspended my account for leaving an honest review. 🚩🚩🚩
🚨 Why You Should Avoid This Product 🚨
❌ No tutorials, no walkthroughs, no onboarding. You’re expected to figure everything out through help docs that barely answer questions.
❌ No support chat inside a support chat product. You have to dig through their knowledge base just to find out how to contact them.
❌ Support is dismissive, rude, and refuses to acknowledge actual issues.
When I reported that their own built-in troubleshooting tool wasn’t working, I was met with:
💬 “I confirm it works.”
Despite me proving with a recorded video that it wasn’t working, they still insisted I was wrong. When I asked for actual help, I was accused of “aggressively attacking” and “wasting their time.”
Then, after I left my honest review, the owner personally messaged me saying:
💬 “We have also seen your invalid review. Let me know if you wish to remove the review if you solve your issue or if you want to keep acting like now. Thanks.”
🚨 Yes, they openly pressure users to remove negative reviews instead of fixing the product. 🚨
Now, because I didn’t cave to their intimidation tactics, they suspended my account. I PAID for this product, and their response to a valid complaint was to lock me out entirely.
If you’re considering Support Board, RUN. There are better tools out there that won’t punish you for expecting basic functionality and customer service. This is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with.

Now the owner is outright lying in his response to my review. Let’s break it down with receipts:
🚩 They suspended my account on February 20, after I posted my original review. I didn’t request a refund until February 24. Their claim that my account was downgraded because of the refund is completely false. I have proof.
🚩 Their troubleshooting tool is broken. The owner insists it "works," yet I provided video proof that it does not. His response? “I confirm it works.” Just flat-out denying reality.
🚩 I never asked them to fix my Google account. I pointed out that their own troubleshooting tool was broken—a direct issue with their software. Instead of addressing it, I got vague, dismissive responses and was accused of being “aggressive.”
🚩 They absolutely pressured me to remove my review. His response claims otherwise, yet the message he sent me says:
“We have also seen your invalid review. Let me know if you wish to remove the review if you solve your issue or if you want to keep acting like now. Thanks.” >> Then he suspended my account.
🚩 Now he’s playing the victim. His response claims I was the rude one—when all I did was request basic troubleshooting for a tool that wasn’t working. Instead of addressing the issue, they suspended my account in retaliation, lied about it, and are now gaslighting me in their response.
At this point, the only thing worse than the software is the owner himself.

Unfortunately, fixing your SMTP and Gmail account for you is not included in the support as it is not related to our software. You are not asking for basic support but for something not included. You were trying to force us to work on your Google account for free...
Your account has been set to the free plan because you got a refund for your AppSumo purchase.... We did not suspend it. You just asked for a refund...
We did not pressure you to remove the review; the message you posted here confirms it. We offered you the extra and not-covered support you asked for free because you were using the review system to force us to do that.
We further confirm that built-in troubleshooting works and your video does not show the inverse. It works. We also explained to you that you have to wait for the process to complete.
I'm sorry but the only one rude and unprofessional here is you. You systematically refused our help and instead, you made your wrong assumptions and implied that we were lying. You spent time sending many messages unrelated to the product but to your frustration causing further waste of time. This review confirms this further.
