Great and Functional App – Looking Forward to Future Updates

My conclusion: Clear recommendation.

Currently a convinced user. The very responsive support team helped me to overcome initial issues I had with my eMail provider. That is a very important aspect because overly complicated settings in Microsoft 365 caused problems which were not the responsibility of Genix. When reading that others are having similar complaints - I just suggest to reach out to Genix support and as for guidance. Most likely in such case it is just hidden settings in your eMail account that prevent proper working.

When all is set up correctly, both 'eMail to ticket' and 'form entry to ticket' work smoothly and fully serve the purpose to create, reply, manage, and close tickets. As easy as it could be.
I tried to implement other support systems before, but I found exorbitant subscription models not interesting, and was struggling with more complex plugins which would have included automated answers and Chat AI. My key learning: Although tempting to use AI for simple support answers, such setup has its risks and customers are significantly more patient to wait for a human reply that being bothered by generic answers of a chat bot.

In conclusion, Genix is a simple but perfect support plugin which does absolutely serve its purpose. There might be alternatives that promise or cost more - but that is not I want for my clients. Set Genix up correctly, let it run, be sure your customers will appreciate.

Time saver, simple, powerful

This product just saved a lot of time for us. Tests are very successful and we will make it live in a couple of days.

We had to make some tricks on CSS to change fonts, hide the profile icon on the top right and adjust margins correctly but other than these, the product seems solid, simple, and effective.

I may edit my comment after live environment usage. So far, so good. Highly recommended.

Good But Not Perfect

I admit I don't have a normal workflow. I am team of one but still want help tickets to track everything. Tried to setup the email routing and it never fully worked. Then ran into hosting issues and just gave up.

Bumpy start, outstanding support, works great now!

I wanted to wait a few months of actually using Support Genix before leaving a review.

Setup with different departments was a little confusing, and I had a tough time getting Support Genix set up and working properly with the WP Forms to support ticket functionality. There was an issue where if the email was opened, a ticket would not be generated. I also found that Support Genix conflicted with the Multiple Roles plugin, so I had to remove that.

Although off to a bumpy start, I will say that Aslam and Nazmul were phenomenal in their support. They both worked really hard to make sure to address every issue I had and helped ensure Support Genix was set up and working properly.

Aslam setup Webhooks to handle WP Forms to support ticket generation and helped me sort out departments and rules for setting everything up properly.

Long story short, Support Genix help is outstanding and once set up properly, our team has been using Support Genix daily for a couple months, and it is working flawlessly. I love the clean UX and intuitive steps in working with tickets.

Aslam and Nazmul, again --- THANK YOU so much for working so tirelessly to help find the solutions to get Support Genix working!

We are very pleased with this ticketing system and plan to use it for years to come.
