I retunred the SW because of faulty video dowload and not able to update sw
I initiated a refund for the product because:
- Some functionalities did not work ok. for eg. trimming videos : faulty, as videos got cut off or parts of it with no sound whole original video was ok.
- The updates were not possible for me. It took me a while to find out how to do it and I it seems I didn´t get the updates.
- If I pasted the wrong URL the screen got stuck and it didn´t let me reset to paste the right URL.
-The trimming option let´s see the time stamp only when you trim forward but not trimming backward (not sure if this is understandable)
If I trim a video with 10 min length I can trim let´s say starting at min 5-10 I see that's minute 5. But If I want to trim mins 5-7 when I take the cursor backwards from min 10 (end of the video) backwards I can´t see what I´m doing.
Very frustrating.
I was thinking of maybe getting it again just to get the updated version and see how it is to give it one more chance but I´m afraid this might happen again.

1.Is this happening to all trimed videos? We have conducted tests and could not replicate the problem on Windows and Mac. Can you share your device information and system version with us?
2.To update SurFast Video Downloader, simply install the latest version from this page: https://www.nablamind.com/video-downloader The latest version is 2.0.6.
3.For the stuck issue, is it happening every time? Can you record a video to share it with us?
4.When you more the slider backward in the Clipping feature, the timestamp is showing. Please check again or record video to show it with us. In addition, you can select the time by inputting it.
The update is mainly to fix a download failure. For the issue you feedback, we did not replicate them and therefore we are still looking into. More information is need to address it.
