I think this may be futurestic tool, the best thing they promise Zapier and Pabbly integrations, whatsapp and SMS that Included in this plan for future update that is best everything is at one place, But there is no sence to pay for extra for each tool, because I have to pay for Reoon verify tool. I have purchased for 2 tier plan. In future if company want to earn more from monthely subscription and want to scale from the competitors, they have to access all tools at free of cost, then client happy to pay their monthly subscription for future, Company need to understand what customer want.Actually Customer want pay at one place, rather than for every single tool.
I have purchased Tier 3 and I was trying to get started, but it already failed at the domain connection. There seem to be errors with the DNS settings, as the specified entries are not allowed. The links to the help documents are not active, and the general support link cannot be clicked either. So far, no one has responded to my chat inquiry, but that might still happen. For now, I cannot give a very positive review, but I haven't been able to use Swipe One properly yet. I am therefore willing to adjust my review as soon as the setup has been completed and if I can finally use it. I look forward to your feedback!

Edit: The support team responded and was very helpful. The product is still in its infancy and many little things still need to be optimized. But I believe in the developers and the potential. Even if it still takes a while until everything is perfect, I'm changing my review from 2 to 4 tacos. A good product needs good support. I'll keep at it and adjust the review if necessary.
I have searched for awhile for an easy to use and customizable CRM that also lets me manage multiple businesses. I love this because I can create custom fields (property), the workflows are easy to setup, and support is great and responsive. I look forward to seeing how Swipe One grows into a even better product!
