Okay let's get to the stuff you want to know first. Over 25 years of leading teams, sourcing, recruiting, and selling. I've been putting Tapflow through the paces on Tier 3. The product is better than free because you are opened up to all of LinkedIn without logging in directly. You WILL find new candidates that you can't see with LinkedIn Recruiter.

I can't automatically say the interface is intuitive because we are all different, but for me it certainly is.

Abed, the CEO is clearly backing up the roadmap, integrating new functionality quickly, and constantly looking for feedback. I had a little confusion on my plan and let's just say he went way above and beyond in helping me. I see the dedication to functionality through his actions versus words.

Normally, I'm anti-gatekeeping but I have an urge to WANT to gatekeep this product. That is why I knew I needed to write a review. If you're on the fence at all, get Tapflow and add it to your systems and let it work in the background for you...you will not regret it.

I'm always looking for ways to streamline my recruitment process and Tapflow is big addition to my work flow. The AI is intelligent and with the right tweaks, I can press go and leave it running in the background. It has already found profiles I have previously missed so if you too are a recruiter or internal talent manager, this is a no brainer

We’re an IT Recruitment agency based in Japan, we started using Tapflow a week ago and I am very impressed with the candidates my team was able to find using it. Because of it’s AI, my junior recruiters were able to source great candidates for complicated roles that they wouldn’t normally understand, and that for me is a huge win!

Tapflow is a really promising tool for talent sourcing. I’ve just started testing it on a few very targeted searches for the past days, and the initial results are very encouraging.

It's not going to replace linkedin recruiter (pro) for very specific search terms, but it will definitely help building a pipeline of high potentials and prioritize qualitative actions on large lists of matching candidates.

I appreciate the unique approach of Tapflow, especially how it parses batches of candidates for deeper, more detailed analysis (which can take a hour for 10+ batches, giving 150 validated profiles on average, i.e. scoring 60+%). It's still early version so some matching criteria will need further adjustments but the contact with Abed is great and fast, allowing to share feedback and help the tool improve.

It's too early to compare with other AI powered tools (some which cost up to 1000$/month), as there’s still a lot on the roadmap, which shows the team’s long-term vision for the tool.

In my opinion, only Tier 3 offers the best value if considering the time saved on such a parsing task.

I’m continuing to test the accuracy of the search results and analysis, but so far, it's looking like a great addition to the recruitment toolkit!

It’s incredibly helpful because you can tweak the persona, adjusting certain skills or qualifications before letting the AI take over the search.

Tapflow handles the heavy lifting by automatically running searches, and it pulls in profiles that match the persona. The best part? It scores and ranks the profiles, which saves a ton of time since you’re no longer scrolling through endless resumes yourself. I’ve found that the rankings are surprisingly accurate, and it helps narrow down the best candidates quickly.

Another feature I appreciate is the ability to export the results to a CSV, making it easy to share with colleagues or import into other systems. It’s a practical solution for anyone looking to streamline their sourcing efforts without compromising on quality. Definitely a tool that makes talent sourcing more efficient.
