Q: Agency Features?
Please help me understand these features below if they are available or on roadmap:
1. How many stores can I connect?
2. Are multiple workspaces available, allowing each client access to their own workspace?
3. Is a White label CNAME available in Tier #4?
4. Is the human takeover feature currently available or planned for the future?
5. Can i customize the automated message from the chat which says "preparing to help... Understanding... Thinking it through...."

1. Each code can connect to only one store.
2. Currently, each account is limited to one workspace.
3. This feature is not available in Tier 4. However, it could be enabled through API cooperation.
4. A human takeover feature is planned for the future but is not included in the current roadmap.
5. This will be made available via API cooperation.
