Q: Limit of contacts per client
Congratulations on Tarvent, and I'm really looking forward to starting to use it.
I run a digital marketing agency, and it would allow me to add value to my clients by offering email marketing with such complete solutions, as far as I can see through AppSumo's product presentation and the website as well.
I'm not sure if this is something that Tarvent does, but can I limit the number of contacts each of the domains can have?
I would like to offer my own packages with contact limits so I can secure X amount of clients with whatever tier I purchase over the next few days.

Sep 20, 2024A: Thank you! Currently, we don't support subaccounts, which would have functionality more in line with what you're referring to. As a result, we do not allow contact limits to be set on an audience at this point but is something we can look into adding. That said, if you're going to give Tarvent account access to your clients, you can set security so they can only access assets (campaigns, journeys, etc.) that are associated with their audience. Speaking of that, am I able to track which email addresses are opening emails or not? Reporting this to customers would add value to the service. (Sorry if I'm asking too much, don't get me wrong)
Perfect! As for email tracking, yes. You can see everyone who had opened a specific campaign, the last 5 campaigns, and more.
