1) From which tier will I get Superfast Checks (30 sec)?
2) Are any international numbers included in some tiers?
3) Can I choose from which location Tethered will monitor my website?
4) Am I right that if I exceed the limit for WhatsApp messages, I won't be notified?
5) What are differences between SMS Basic/Call Basic and SMS Essential/Call Essential
6) Notifications for Slack/Pushover/Discord are not limited?

2) Unfortunately not. You will need the $15/mo add-on to SMS or Call international numbers outside the US
3) Not yet but that is coming soon. At the moment we check from the US and EU (3 locations each)
4) Yes that is correct - we suggest setting up multiple notification types per monitor so you can use email/slack/zapier etc as a backup
5) Basic and Essential are the plan names. As you increase in tiers the number of SMS/Calls increase
6) They are not limited
