Q: Device Not Appearing on Dashboard – Need Help

Hi there,
I recently purchased TextLink (Tier 1) on AppSumo. I installed the Android app using the official link and granted all necessary permissions, including battery and background activity.
However, my device does not appear on the Dashboard under "Devices and Setup", even after restarting, reinstalling, and checking my internet connection.
I’ve followed all the instructions carefully and made sure everything is correctly configured.
Could the issue be related to me using the service from Portugal?
I would really appreciate your guidance on how to proceed.
