If I get the android tablet and request a sim card, do I need to sign up for a NEW monthly paid plan to send the 5000 sms messages in teir 1? If you could please elaborate on this for me. I will never use to talk to do not really need paid monthly plan, I just need to be able to text from android tablet using TextLink.
