In TdyCal we currently support Gmail, Apple, and Office 365 accounts.
At this time, adding a "Microsoft Exchange" calendar is not possible.

We are constantly working on the app's improvement, and we have recorded your request in the internal feature documentation on your behalf for future consideration and possible addition to the app.
