Yes! This is an opt-in feature; when you enable Help Desk, we start saving conversations which allows users to see their previous conversations in the messenger. Even after they close their browser and come back to your website, they will be able to see their conversations. (as long as users don't clean their browser storage explicitly.)
I just want the functionality where I can train a bot with a knowledge base and customers can interact with it - is that this tool? And the knowledge base how many pages can I add for training? Can the bot search web for answers if knowledge base fails?
Thank you for reaching out! Yes, this is that tool 🥳
The amount of content you can put in your knowledge base is measured by amount of characters, which depends on the tier you chose. People generally start at tier 3, and upgrade from there if they feel the need. Tier 3 offers 30 million characters, which could be around 12,000 A4 size page.
Users engage with your AI chatbot entirely within WhatsApp. As an admin, you can view and manage these conversations through the Tiny Talk Help Desk, which allows you to send messages and take over the conversation when needed.
Q: Can the Whatsapp integration handle voice messages from the users? It is okay to output text as bot answers.
At the moment with don't handle voicemessages, but that's a very good idea! We'll put this in our backlog, perhaps once we have this working it is also possible to reply with an voice message too.
As we use OpenAI models, they support quite a lot of languages, so that means Tiny Talk also inherits this ability.
Q: Memory between sessions

Q: Integrate with Grok
Grok is well-known right now. Will the product introduce Grok in integration?
tinytalk
Apr 11, 2025A: 💯 we'll be doing that very soon!
Currently we're working on Teams and Custom Domains features, we'd like to complete that before moving on to other topics, but Groq or Grok? :)
We'll start with Groq as a model provider to expand our current catalogue, but of course Grok is as well in our list!

Does the ai function in WhatsApp or via its own chat window? I’d like the conversation to be in WhatsApp directly
