Q: Helpdesk and Users, API

Hi,
When you say "Helpdesk" in tier 3 and above, does this mean that it is possible to also use an email channel to create tickets? My customers primarily use email to reach out to me and I'm looking for a "shared" mailbox option for everyone to have access to and reply to tickets.

Follow up question- How many users are included? We are a team of 5. Can I add each team member as a user and assign tickets ?

API question - I want to make sure that it is possible to reply to specific chats via API (Zapier). My goal is to trigger a Zap based on specific keywords / button click, get information from my CRM and reply to the chat.

Possible?

Yes, paid plans allow removing the Tiny Talk branding. Click on "Chat Interface" from the left side navigation, on this page there is a toggle called "Display a link to the Tiny Talk website".

That's correct, you must bring your own OpenAI API Key in order to make use of Tiny Talk. Our platform provides services on top of OpenAI and you will incur costs by using the underlying AI models from OpenAI.

Q: Can the chat bot train itself using ongoing conversations?

Can the AI chatbot, after its initial training, keep on training itself on the various ongoing conversations that a live agent has with the customer?
I understand that I can feed in data even later on to keep training the chatbot. But what I'm specifically asking is, if I'm dealing with a customer in real time, will that chat with the customer can be used by the tiny talk chat AI agent to train itself automatically?
- Also , do you have plans to bring in native mobile applications to take control of a chat by a human on the go ?
- Is the platform mobile compatible ? That is , can I answer my users through a mobile web browser ?
- Is there some kind of real time notification that I can get if a customer is being engaged by an AI chatbot ?
- and if I am myself answering the customer , can I prompt the AI to generate answers ?

Currently there is no option to use the conversation data to train the chatbot. We will add this kind of possibility in the future.

We'd love to release a native mobile app, but for the time being this isn't a priority as we have a heavy roadmap and a lot of new features to build. The platform is mobile compatible as much as possible, we pay a lot of attention...

Q: Some questions

1) Do you provide telegram and Facebook messenger integration as well ? Or can it be implemented in any way ?
2) Do I need to use a new WhatsApp number to integrate with tiny talk or the existing one ( a business number) will do ?
3) Am planning to join tier 3 with 30K limit in messages . Although this limit is enough for me , I would just like to know what happens if I cross this limit in a particular month ? Is there a pay as you go pricing for crossing the limits ? Or any other option for dealing with such a situation ?
4) Can I choose which GPT model to use like 4o or 4o-mini ?
