Thank you for reaching out.

At the moment we are working exactly on these features, in a few weeks we'll be rolling out changes that massively improves the chat widget with additional features and settings, including widget launcher position. You'll be able to align it to the left bottom corner as well.

If you want to shift it just a bit and not completely align to the left, then you can override the CSS if you want something really customized. (assuming you have access to your index.html)
