Q: Pre purchase question

I just want the functionality where I can train a bot with a knowledge base and customers can interact with it - is that this tool? And the knowledge base how many pages can I add for training? Can the bot search web for answers if knowledge base fails?

The amount of content you can put in your knowledge base is measured by amount of characters, which depends on the tier you chose. People generally start at tier 3, and upgrade from there if they feel the need. Tier 3 offers 30 million characters, which could be around 12,000 A4 size page.

We don't offer web search yet, but we offer falling back to the AI models general knowledge.
