Q: Some questions
1) Do you provide telegram and Facebook messenger integration as well ? Or can it be implemented in any way ?
2) Do I need to use a new WhatsApp number to integrate with tiny talk or the existing one ( a business number) will do ?
3) Am planning to join tier 3 with 30K limit in messages . Although this limit is enough for me , I would just like to know what happens if I cross this limit in a particular month ? Is there a pay as you go pricing for crossing the limits ? Or any other option for dealing with such a situation ?
4) Can I choose which GPT model to use like 4o or 4o-mini ?

Thank you for the questions.
1. Currently we have WhatsApp integration available, Instagram and Messenger will follow in a couple of months. Telegram hasn't been in demand, but feel free to make a feature request here https://tiny-talk.canny.io/
2. In order to make use of the WhatsApp integration you do need a phone number that can receive an SMS and that is not connected to another WhatsApp client. For instance if you have an existing phone number that you use with your WhatsApp Messenger or WhatsApp business, you would need to disconnect that number from those apps first, or get a new phone number. There are online services that provide a phone number for as little as $1/month, like "bird.com"
3. At the moment if you exceed the limit your chatbot will stop responding until the reset date at the beginning of each month. We will offer add-ons soon for such situations.
4. Yes, you can choose which GPT model you like to use, currently Tiny Talk supports, GPT-3.5, GPT-4, GPT-4o, GPT-4o-mini. Soon we will add support for Claude and Gemini as well. GPT-4 Series models are available only in Tier 3 and above plans.
You can already sign up for Tiny Talk and have a test-drive using our free tier, we give you free 100 messages per month and allow pretty much all the functionality. This way you can be sure if Tiny Talk is the right solution for you before you commit. Please keep in mind, once you become a paid customer, you must add your own OpenAI API Key.
