If you want just the logged in users to access the chat widget, you can make it visible only in the authenticated area of your app/site. The chatbot widget it self does not require or support authentication.

We will be supporting SSO but only for admin dashboard and when/after we introduce the teams features which will allow you to invite team members to manage chatbots.
