Website URL crawling is not smart enough
PROS:
Interface is VERY slick and intuitive. Easy to understand without any external guides.
CONS:
Knowledge base does not allow us to type in custom data. Having to upload a doc everytime is a hassle. Would be good to have a field to just let us put in the info.
Whatsapp integration does not have a feature to let us take over (eg. when we send a message manually, bot stops responding to customer). This will be highly useful if using this purely for Whatsapp.
OTHERS:
Would be good to include a roadmap in the interface so we can see what features are being worked on, along with requests. This product is highly promising!
IMPROVEMENTS:
The playground button should be highlighted more, as it is likely the button that is pressed the most.

Custom Data Input:
We completely agree—having the option to input custom data directly without uploading a document is great idea! We’ve added this feature request to our backlog. ✍️
WhatsApp Integration Clarification:
I wanted to clarify that when using our Help Desk, you can take over a conversation and later reassign it back to the AI. When you take control, the bot pauses to let you handle the interaction, but you can reassign it back anytime. This feature might not be as visible as it should be, so we’ll work on improving its discoverability. For now, just look for the conversation assignee (default is "Assistant") on the right side. If you see it’s assigned to "Admin" (you), just click to reassign it back to the Assistant.
