Just had a great video meeting with Austin Kerr, the "Founder Team" rep, and he gave me terrific coaching on how to use the tool and was very receptive to my ideas for how it can be improved.

The team and the tool have been around for a while and they have learned they need to focus. They went for an app that did everything initially and now they have niched down to providing a KB & LMS training tool.

This is an well-organized, intuitive tool that will help me train my team for years to come.
