Started great but then went downhill!
I purchased this deal in late October 2024. Redeemed the codes for purchase and commenced using the product and was happy to begin with. All my transcripts then disappeared and it is treating me as a new user with no credits to use. All my much needed work is now lost, in addition to the money I paid!!

Feb 19, 2025We are moving very quickly to launch new features and major platform upgrades. Sometimes we inadvertently introduce bugs while move fast. We are also proactive in fixing these bugs as soon as we notice them.
There is nothing but fast iteration here. We have fixed most of the critical bugs and I kindly request you to try logging now.
