Q: Inbound automation
Hi, Felipe. Contrats for your wonderful product. First days using Triplo and I'm really happy with it.
My question is:
- I have seen the automation information and options, and how I can connect a Triplo prompt to activate a workflow out from Triplo with Webhooks. But... is it possible to connect Triplo to answer a external inbound webhook? For example, I use Voicenotes to record and transcribe part of my work. Could I automate with Webhooks Voicenotes sending the transcription to Triplo, Triplo applying a prompt and then, using another webhook in Triplo, activate a workflow of registering the data generated by Triplo?
If possible, I'll think about going for Tier3.

Currently, Triplo AI does not have the capability to "listen" and/or be activated by webhook calls.
This limitation is primarily due to privacy and security considerations; since Triplo AI operates as a client on your device, we want to minimize any potential vulnerabilities. Additionally, our design philosophy emphasizes user control, as we believe it's essential for you to remain fully aware of the content being generated, which is why your input is necessary.
This is the current state of affairs, and while it may evolve in the future, we do not have any immediate plans for changes.
