I was truly looking forward to relying heavily on this software. I decided to purchase the highest tier, which was worth a little over $1,000.

However, I soon realized that I may have purchased more than I needed, given that the size and scale of my current operation is more modest than I originally thought. Because of this, I decided to downgrade from tier 6 to tier 5.

After I did this, TruConversion decided to delete my entire account without any hesitation. This means that I have been scammed out of $700 of my hard-earned money. This is actually quite painful, given the fact that I am not merely a freelancing business owner but also a college student trying to make ends meet.

I invested in this software because I truly believed in its potential, and frankly, I still do. But the fact that they have chosen to delete my $700 account feels really painful. I don't think that I deserve this treatment. And their customer service is incredibly unhelpful too. AppSumo is doubly unhelpful.

I hope that somebody gives me my $700 back. This is insane.

I purchased it not too long ago and am getting started using TruConversion. It looks so far so good. I can't wait to see the results!

I installed this on a simple wordpress site, and on a more complex site with woocommerce. The plugin was 6 months out of date and didn't work, but with some help from Truconversion I got the tracking eventually working. But I couldn't track forms linked to my email list, and I couldn't also monitor my checkout form. The heatmap function just didn't work on a landing page, I couldn't see where visitors went. The recording function worked, but some elements on the page in the recording didn't display. Truconversion asked me for feedback about the product - which I gave - but I haven't heard back from them since. So for me the tool hasn't delivered on what I expected

The only thing which i would love is a better knowledge base / documentation / tutorials on how to use it effectively.
