I'm guilty of buying Appsumos and then forgetting to activate them. I've done that a LOT. Did that with TruConversion. But even though I was months beyond my activation window, they were so quick to help me out and activate me and that was awesome.

As far as their platform, I love it! It's got so much functionality that it can be a bit overwhelming. But I'm looking forward to getting great feedback on how a couple of our websites are getting used.

What I've seen so far I really like and I look forward to really getting a LOT more value from this software.
