Q: text to speech files are wonky
So far so good for text to speech except for file export, tried MP3 and & WAV, both files should have been 60 seconds but were 12 hours or something

Apology if you face any issues with tts files in export. Are you referring it in dialogue studio export?

I like the voice library, this is worth the money spent.
But when I download my audio, in either MP3 or WAV and import into Adobe Premiere, the file is a bit bad, the software thinks 1 minute files are 12 hours long. I just opened the same files in Adobe Audition and resaved them and problem solved.
