Tried to generate a transcript of an audio version of the same video uploaded from my mac the transcription failed with Humata 2.Generated a transcription of the same youtube video with two other apps (Noota.io and videotoblog) without any problem and without the modifications you suggested. Please explain Your reply 1) Analyzing the support ticket, the Youtube video URL you uploaded is listed as private with no closed caption (CC) enabled. As a result, Humata won't be able to completely process the video since the transcription is blocked, so that explains your experience. The good news is that this is an easy fix! Please ensure CC is enabled and that the Youtube URL is not set to private (instead you could list it is unlisted public video with CC enabled). Happy to dig in more if required.
