Q: I bought the software 2 years back but you guys are nowhere to be found for support

We’ve recently changed our domain name and no longer have access to the old email address used to activate the account. Despite multiple attempts to contact you, we haven’t received any response to our emails. Could you please assist us in resolving this issue?
