Q: Integrations and timeframe

A few other questions for you:
1) I couldn't find a clear list of your integrations on your website - I did see that you mentioned Zendesk. Can you point me in the right direction to see everything you connect with?
2) If I have a helpdesk eg helpdesk.mystore.com, can VanChat use it as source of knowledge with just the URL and continue to scan it for changes?
3) I was thinking it would be great to have a CRM/email-marketing integration with VanChat so the AI can know even more about past customer interaction and/or update the CRM with relevant search notes if they enter their email and you can link it to the contact. Would you consider an integration with SwipeOne.ai an ecommerce CRM on Appsumo? Or do you have any other existing integrations eg Klaviyo?
4) How much longer will deal remain on Appsumo? I'm saving up for the top tier :-D

A: Hi, thank you for your question. I apologize for replying so late, I missed this message. Let me respond to each point:

1)VanChat currently does not integrate with Zendesk. Could you share how you would like VanChat to integrate with Zendesk, and what specific problems you are looking to solve?

2)This depends on how helpdesk.mystore.com is implemented. If it's a static page, it should be fine.

3)Integrating with CRM or email marketing tools is indeed a great feature. It’s on our roadmap, but since there are still many important features under development, it’s not supported at the moment. We will definitely support such integrations this year. Alternatively, we might prioritize integration with Klaviyo. Integration with SwipeOne.ai is not currently planned, but I will pass this request along to our product manager. Currently, VanChat allows you to manually export contacts to a file, which can then be manually imported into Klaviyo.

4)We really appreciate the users from Appsumo and have no plans to remove VanChat from Appsumo for now. Thank you for considering purchasing VanChat. You can start by purchasing a lower-tier plan and gradually upgrade to a higher tier so that you can experience VanChat’s features first.
