Literally changed my store life.
Guys, I swear, this Shopify app is a GAME CHANGER... basically, it’s a virtual assistant that answers customer questions and KNOWS EVERYTHING about your store and products.
It’s essentially ChatGPT 3.5 responding to your customers, but using all the information you provide. You can set up Q&A and link the answers to specific products.
For example, customers can ask to track their order in natural language, and the assistant understands it needs to give them the tracking link (pulled directly from Shopify).
And if customers have issues after their purchase, they can write to your assistant in natural language via the website chat. The assistant sends them a form to fill out with their email, phone number, and the issue.
IN SHORT: It handles 99% of customer issues, so you only have to deal with the 1% of cases, like shipment problems.
