Q: Inquiry About Call Minutes Limit on Versabot Plans

Hi Trevor,

I hope you're doing well. We’re currently evaluating the Versabot plan that includes 5,000 phone minutes per month, and we were wondering what happens if we run out of those call minutes before the month ends. Specifically, is there an option to purchase additional minutes or upgrade the plan for more capacity?

Since we are looking into creating outbound campaigns, it’s important for us to know how we can handle this, especially during peak times.

A: We currently don't offer that, but we will be adding pay as you go and prepaid tokens outside of subscription tiers if we see users hitting limits
