You mentioned ticket IDs on WhatsApp. I checked and found that all tickets were properly addressed: one (TB964CF00-001-1GF) was closed by you after a proper response, another (TB964CF00-002-ATR) auto-closed due to no reply from you, and the third (TB964CF00003-UW1) is still in progress awaiting your response. How is this very bad support when we’ve responded to all?
