Mit Vivomeetings, habe ich ein älteres System von Appsumo ersetzt, was es leider nicht geschafft hat. Ich bin aber schon froh hier auf Vivomeetings getroffen zu sein. Alleine schon, dass die auch eine Anbindung zu EM-Client haben, fande ich super und spart mir enorm Zeit. Ich nutze Vivomeetings nun schon eine Weile und kann keine negativen Punkte festhalten. I want to support this product and the Vivomeetings team with this review. In the past, video conferencing products with unsustainable pricing and an exaggerated LTD offer appeared on appsumo. Many of them changed the LTD terms so that their product can be used without a monthly subscription. Others have ended completely. I myself have had a few that have ended completely. I was really frustrated by this.
The Vivomeetings team is setting the LTD terms so that the future of the product is transparent and sustainable. It is not possible to have everything that is subject to a monthly subscription in the LTD offer. However, if you want an alternative to Zoom and other video conferencing solutions, do not hesitate and get Vivomeetings as your solution. The Vivomeetings application is already at a high level as an LTD. By gradually building the platform, Vivomeetings will develop into a strong player in the video conferencing market.
Vivomeetings in LTD's offer has all the necessary tools for organizing quality video conferences with 1080p resolution, fast response, presentation tools and intuitive controls.
I thank the Vivomeetings team for a great product and an honest approach to us sumolings. And I hope that this is finally my last video conferencing solution and I will not have to deal with searching for video conferencing software anymore.

I purchased this a while back as investment for my startup business because I did not want to deal with the time limitation and full price of zoom and that's just being honest. I saw this and passed on it twice however. Ran across it again and purchased at a 2 code level but was so impressed with the product, I purchased 2 more codes! The platform is stable, the applications are sleek and easy to use. Even the mobile app is simple to use and is well put together. Setting things up was relatively easy, down to the personal branding. ]

My only gripe is not having many integrations. But that's it!

I had a disappointing experience mainly due to poor customer support and the founder's replies to my review. My original issue was never properly resolved because support repeatedly misunderstood my question and provided irrelevant responses they assumed answered it. Despite my attempts to clarify, I had to ask the same question multiple times, only to be met with dismissiveness and deflection rather than a solution-oriented approach.

Additionally, they failed to show up for a scheduled support call without notice until nearly an hour later, and I had to follow up multiple times just to receive a response. Rather than acknowledging these service failures, the company/founder shifted blame and dismissed my concerns. In response to my review, they accused me of making false claims and being 'unprofessional' or 'biased' for sharing my experience—an approach that speaks for itself.

A reliable support team listens, understands, and resolves issues instead of gaslighting customers or attacking negative reviews. I stand by my experience, and potential buyers can decide for themselves whether this is the kind of support service they want to deal with.

I took the highest subscription and I must say it is a real wonder already as it is, but I am sure that in the future updates will make it even more efficient and useful to all needs. I personally use it for my Italian online lessons, and finally I canceled the subscription to Google Meet (before I had Zoom). The fact that you can decide on the output video quality is very useful in case of improvement of the video call, and I must say that you do not notice a deterioration in the image. Also, the fact that you can choose between 4 meeting type options seems like a great thing, without the need to change settings every time. You can connect two webcams, do a survey, share documents and much more. I have not yet tried the function of the webinar, but already the fact that there is a dedicated section seems to me a great thing!
