I will not sugarcoat because other Sumolingi on such reviews are guided by the purchase, like me among others.
I purchased and there was no problem with the registration even it is easy.
But now the disappointment begins, and which I will describe in brief.
The installation of the modules runs smoothly.
I am interested in the main one for which I purchased the "PDF Invoice & Packing Slips" even though there are 11 others!
And everything would be fine, the interface is very easy to read, but I miss the inclusion of other PDF documents in the invoice to be sent or downloaded online.
What everyone would do in such a case and here again a nice enchantment namely the super friendly support.
Very clear so I made a ticket to support for the information I want about the additional PDF files and I'm waiting.
3 days go by and nothing so I make another ticket and strangely enough it is only the next issue after my previous one, which could indicate a professional product without blemishes!
And until now, zero response! and to make things more interesting, no link in the plugin and module referring to the documentation..... DOES NOT WORK!
I have written here so that the developer understands that it is not enough just to sell! but also to support the product.
Why have I written about it so much? Because the product has a great potential and the developer should put his mind to it, because it would kill the product to be readable and necessary!
Let him listen to what people write, because that is how you can make a name for yourself in these times.
The product needs to be developed all the time because people will move on to something else.
The product has great potential, so I hope he writes back and then develops the product.
You buy the product at your own risk - so it is wonderful that I have 60 Days!
