SPAM score is very bad - weMail placed on Spam lists

Hi,
After trying out your product for a week, every email practically ends up in the Spam folder. I'm testing it out using a list of contacts based on Gmail, Hotmail, and individually owned domains. After examining the received email's raw data in Claude.ai to analyse it's spam score, the results are very, very bad (scores 41 points to Spam score), 38 of which being because "SPAMHAUS_DBLACK: 38 points - Contains a URL (wemailtrack.com) listed in the Spamhaus DBL blocklist" and 2.5 points for "URIBL_DBL_SPAM: 2.5 points - URL listed in the Spamhaus DBL spam blocklist". FYI Spamhaus is one of the most respected anti-spam organizations, and their DBL specifically targets domains associated with Malware distribution, Phishing attempts, Spam operations and Known botnet command & control servers.
I think you must have very bad IP ranges that have been polluted, but either way we cannot use this service for deliverability. Otherwise 2 tacos because the interface is neat.

Features look nice, but not a reliable platform yet

I really wanted to make WeMail work for me, but after trying it for several days and even working with their support department, I have decided to refund this.

What did I have problems with?

1) There is a 2-3 hour (and sometimes up to 24 hours delay) between when my campaign and automation emails would go out even though I've configured the settings to be no delay (or at most 2 minutes). This had nothing to do with my SMTP gateway as I've gotten optin confirmation emails immediately through the gateway and even from WeMail's own optin forms. It's just the campaign and automation emails that have a significant delay.

2) WeMail uses a tracking domain called WeTrackMail.com to help track click throughs on links embedded in your emails. However, sometimes when those links are clicked, it shows that the destination URL is unreachable because the domain appears to be blocked from my ISP or router's firewall. I'm not sure if the WeTrackMail.com domain is on blacklist somewhere but they are looking into it.

3) Their support desk ticketing system needs to be improved. I have had other issues that their support department was able to resolve eventually, but because they don't use a help desk ticketing system that allows me to check the status of tickets, I never knew where they were at on resolving my issues until they came back to me days later saying it was fixed or that I had to be "patient". Very frustrating.

4) I am uncomfortable with the fact that their only data storage center for storing my email list data and processing all of the email spam checking/automation/campaign processing goes through their Germany-based location. I'm not sure if this contributed to the delay in delivering my campaign and automation emails. I wish they had data locations in the U.S. or other parts of the world.

Overall, I would give them more tacos and given them another try if their support was more organized and if they could resolve the issues I had. I don't know if it's because they're short-staffed, but when there are other robust WordPress-based email platforms like Fluent CRM, they need to improve before I will give them another chance again.
