#All future Basic Plan updates#

I respectfully request you consider matching this offer to Pro plan update or at least offer a tier that allows this.

A: Hello,
Thank you for your suggestion and feedback.

We completely understand the appeal of having access to Pro Plan updates, but we want to be transparent — the AppSumo tiers are already significantly advantageous compared to our standard plans.

We appreciate your understanding and are happy to answer any further questions.

Q: A question about the use of webhooks

Can webhooks be used with other third-party platforms other than slack? Are the webhooks incoming, outgoing, or both? Thanks.

A: Hello steelbridgegraphics,

Thank you for your question.

Yes, webhooks can be used with third-party platforms other than Slack. These are outbound webhooks, which means that our platform sends data to your specified endpoints when certain events occur.

You can connect webhooks to any Information System that exposes an Http route. Our system will contact the URL you provide and push the...

Q: Client Portals & Multiple Businesses

I'm about to buy this for our team but I have questions before finalizing this decision:

- How many client portals can be created with Tier 1, Tier 2, & Tier 3 (Please specify for each)
- Can we assign employees to specific client portals and limit their access and the client's access to that portal/space and only that specific one? We would not want Client A to see Client B's space/portal or vice versa and we would not want Employee A to see Employee B's clients/spaces
- Do clients have to sign up to utilize the chat feature?
- Do clients count as user seats or only employees?
- Can I operate multiple clients for multiple businesses through this or do I need a license for each business? For example I handle a social media business with 5 clients and a coaching business with 20 clients, can I manage them all from Tier 3?

A: Hi ash530,

Thank you for your interest in WIIN.io! I’d be happy to answer your questions:

1. Number of client portals per tier:
Regardless of the tier purchased, each account has access to one portal only. The tiers differ based on the number of emails you can send and the available features, but the platform is designed to manage one portal per account.

2. Assigning employees and limiting...

Q: 1 licence = 1 client?

If each tier is only for one client why would anybody need the 5,000 emails in tier 3? F I sent any client 5,000 emails in one month they wouldn’t be a client for very long!

For those of us with many clients the idea of one licence for each client doesn’t make sense. How is that even managed?

A: Hello Derrick93527,

Thank you for your question.

Emails can be sent via the platform (automatically or manually) to people who submit application files on it (public users who fill in the forms). This means that

The limit on the number of mails sent concerns the portal owner, who can interact via mails with the people who fill in the forms.

This is where the limit on the number of...

Q: Client Portal

Hi, as client portal, that mean each of my client can have their space to interact with us? each of them can sign up as our customer, this is the main role, another role is guest, that mean they will see one space content, and if they sign up they will see content and areas that only can see by related customer right?

A: Hello,

Thank you for your question. There are indeed several roles on the platform:

The admin: he can see and do everything on his platform (access to folders, modification, program management, etc.).

The manager: has the same rights as an admin, but only on certain programs.

Evaluator: has access to a specific zone (evaluation zone) where he/she can see the files to be evaluated (the...
