Q: Client Portals & Multiple Businesses
I'm about to buy this for our team but I have questions before finalizing this decision:
- How many client portals can be created with Tier 1, Tier 2, & Tier 3 (Please specify for each)
- Can we assign employees to specific client portals and limit their access and the client's access to that portal/space and only that specific one? We would not want Client A to see Client B's space/portal or vice versa and we would not want Employee A to see Employee B's clients/spaces
- Do clients have to sign up to utilize the chat feature?
- Do clients count as user seats or only employees?
- Can I operate multiple clients for multiple businesses through this or do I need a license for each business? For example I handle a social media business with 5 clients and a coaching business with 20 clients, can I manage them all from Tier 3?

Thank you for your interest in WIIN.io! I’d be happy to answer your questions:
1. Number of client portals per tier:
Regardless of the tier purchased, each account has access to one portal only. The tiers differ based on the number of emails you can send and the available features, but the platform is designed to manage one portal per account.
2. Assigning employees and limiting access:
Yes, you can assign employees to specific areas within the portal and limit their access. This ensures that employees only see the areas they are responsible for, and clients only see what is relevant to them. There is no overlap between different clients or employees.
3. Chat feature and client sign-up:
Yes, clients need to sign up to utilize the chat feature within the portal. Once signed up, they can interact seamlessly through the platform.
4. Do clients count as user seats?
No, clients do not count as user seats. User seats are only for your internal team members (employees). Clients are considered “guests” and do not affect your team member limit.
5. Managing multiple businesses and clients:
If you have multiple businesses or a large number of clients, you would need one account per portal. For example, if you have 5 clients for your social media business and 20 clients for your coaching business, you would need separate accounts for each business or client group.
Let me know if you have further questions or need clarification!
