Q: I really has an issue with recording from mobile web app. Is it normal?
Here is my sample voice recording via Android Phone (web browser)

The voice is totally distorted and unusable and nothing get transcribe and only blank content.
Is it normal? and how you guys use WizWrite from mobile? Please advise...

Jan 20, 2025A: Hey there, I saw your email regarding this and have responded. We are using a wake lock system to prevent phones from sleeping but it doesn't activate on all browsers. If your phone screen locks it can cause issues with recordings.

Just normal use and screen turn on just press record and say... it is not happen when I record on other app or phone voice recorder app. So how to fix?

I tired in different way whether,
1. Normal recording from the phone
2. Wired Headphone
3. Wireless Earbuds
All get the same result. Screen is on, holding the mobile in hand press the record, all got the same issue.
Please kindly advise as i will need to refund its just in time if this app can't totally use on mobile web browser and the Android App also not yet release here.
