However when installing on the client website and at the same time viewing the DashBoard,
it states max webites 100. Why?

Thanks for purchasing!
In order to improve the security of sites and licenses, each license you create in the dashboard is limited to 100 sites. But since you have an unlimited offer, you can create as many licenses as you want. So, unlimited x 100 is still unlimited. Go to your dashboard, and create a new license :)
